First Father's Day

We enjoyed a nice celebration of my first Father's Day yesterday. Jackie and Owen took me out for a nice early dinner at Red Robin. Owen was decked out in his Father's Day outfit. The shirt says, "Cool just like Daddy." (Thanks, Philemon family!)

Owen did very well while we were at the restaurant. One of his gifts to me this year was sleeping for the entire time we were at the restaurant! Jackie and I both got to enjoy our meals while they were fresh and warm!

With some help from Jackie, Owen also surprised me by putting a nice note in my lunch box. It was a welcomed surprise in the middle of my work day.

My first Father's Day was a very memorable one. I am grateful to be a dad and am blessed to be in this adventure with Jackie. She is an amazing mom.
