November Happenings....
Wow...what a month we've had already! :) Wonderful things have been happening! Here is a short run down of what we've been up to...
First we traveled to VA to join in with family as Adam's grandparents celebrated 50 wonderful years of marriage. We have indeed been blessed with great examples of marital commitment on both sides of our family. We shared a delicious meal together along with a great slideshow and lovely music provided by Tina, Helen, Adam, Dorrall and Seth.
It was also Owen's first time staying at Grandma Linda and Grandpa Joe's house and they loved every minute of it! While in VA we also visited a little bit with Nana, Poppy, Aunt Tracy, Uncle Brian, Collin and Nathan!

On our way back to NC from VA we stopped in to introduce our dear friends, Mike, Niki, & Ayana Hancock to Owen. We met in Richmond for a meal and it was great to catch up with them! We also spent the night in their beautiful home and were so grateful for their generous hospitality! Owen was definitely a fan of the Hancock family! Then Owen and I helped our little friend Devon celebrate his 1st birthday. We enjoyed playing together, taking a long walk, and going out to lunch at Wendy's! It was a great day and we're so glad Devon liked his cars :)
Thirdly, we had Aunt Tina and Uncle Jason visit with us from VA. It was great to see them here and to see them interact with Owen. They will be entering the wonderful world of parenthood in March and we are so excited for them. We have no doubts that they will be such great parents! We had fun helping Tina pick out some adorable maternity clothes and we also enjoyed shopping around/looking for baby items for little Suter!
Owen is continuing to grow each and every day both physically and mentally. He is a very animated little boy and we love watching his personality develop! We've had to move him from his infant car seat to a big boy seat which looks pretty huge but we do realize he will fill it out completely before we know it! He has been enjoying his jump-a-roo seat from Aunt Tracy. It's very entertaining to watch his little legs go all over! :) He has also been rolling over more consistently and has been sucking on his left thumb (and chomping on toys, fingers, bibs, etc)! We think he is starting to teeth even more as he is drooling a lot and chewing. He has also found a new game he likes to play with mommy and/or daddy...Peek-A-Boo! Although he doesn't do this for a long period of time on his own, he has been sitting up. We'll keep working on that with him! :) What a big boy we have!
Adam is still working very hard at Lockheed Martin and is looking forward to a new schedule next year that will allow him to enjoy a few different days off during the year and a later start time a few days out of the week. As for me, I am taking in every little moment with Owen at home. Every day is a new adventure with him as he does new tricks all the time! I have also enjoyed being able to meet up with other friends during the work days, continuing my love of baking and cooking and just being at home with both of my boys in the afternoons/evenings.
Okay, well this is all for now... Enjoy the random photos! (short video clips coming soon!)
We Love You All.
Until Next Time...

What a beautiful update on what has been happening in your lives. I have been enjoying going on to your "blog" and seeing how very busy you all have been, and all in one month. I get worn out just by reading about it!! Owen looks so tiny in his big boy carseat, and just as handsome as ever, but what else would you expect with parents like his! Keep the news and pictures coming, they are precious and very dear. Love to all, GFurry
Cadence has the same jumperoo...and she loves it, too!
And I really didn't mean to rhyme like that...heh. :)
What a cute little man in his sweater vest. I can't believe how much he has changed in the few weeks since we've seen you. Thanks for including Devon's special day on your blog. That was so fun! He absolutely loves his cars! I got him another one for Christmas (the airplane!)
Hello Furry Family. It has been too long... I loved reading and catching up on life's happenings for you:)
