A Post-Thanksgiving Post

A belated Happy Thanksgiving to you all! We hope your Thanksgiving was as enjoyable as ours. We had a great time visiting with family, laughing, eating, cutting hair, watching Trigger Happy TV, and the list goes on.

For all of those back in Virginia that we got to visit with, thank you for sharing your Holiday with us. For those we missed this trip, we hope to catch up with you soon.





Jackie and I were noticing what wonderful friends and family we've been blessed with. We are thankful for each of you and the roles you play in our lives. Speaking of family, we received word that our family will be getting bigger soon, as Jackie's cousin Rory and his wife Brittany are expecting. Congratulations to you both! We're excited to meet the new addition.


We did something new last week. Jackie and I were asked to house sit for a couple that works in the same building as Jackie. We've house sat for other friends before, but none who have 2 dogs, a ferret and a horse. It was a bit overwhelming taking care of a couple types of animals we've not been around much before, but it ended up being a lot of fun.
